Nice stay, just a bit noisy!

Had a good time here for a night! The room was clean, bed was comfy, and the breakfast buffet had some great omelets. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only bummer was that it got pretty noisy in the morning, especially with the cleaning crew knocking on my door early. Still a decent place to stay!

The room selection lacks microwaves, making it inconvenient for reheating food when you only find one small microwave in the lobby. The breakfast menu disappointed, offering minimal variety. no meats or bagels, and the fruit looked stale. Noise disturbances were apparent, especially with cleaning staff knocking on doors early in the morning. Also, the gym has limited equipment and felt cramped. Overall, it showed signs of aging and could use some upgrades to enhance the guest experience.

The ambiance was delightful, featuring a beautifully decorated lobby with a striking tree and comfortable seating. My room was clean, beautifully designed, and notably comfortable. The only downside was the early disturbance from housekeeping knocking at 9:30 AM, which felt unnecessary given the 12 PM checkout. Dining options were limited, but I did enjoy a delicious grilled cheese sandwich. The location was perfect, right across from the movies, making entertainment very accessible.

I had a wonderful stay, thanks to the comfy bed and the warmth of the staff who welcomed me with delicious chocolate chip cookies. The location was perfect for the events I attended, and the cleanliness of the room added to my overall comfort. However, breakfast could be improved as choices seemed limited during busy times.

Being near a variety of shops and restaurants added convenience to my stay. Unfortunately, I found it quite noisy at night, disrupting my sleep. The breakfast price felt steep, and I wished there were more options for customizing it. Also, I noticed the parking situation wasn't very clear. Overall, a solid stay with some room for improvement.

Family getaway not so great

I stayed for 3 nights and the hospitality was on point. The room was spotless, exceeded expectations, and i loved the complimentary water bottles. A wonderfully relaxing experience. Would gladly come back.

Staying at this hotel was a great experience, especially with its proximity to Lake Johnson Park, where I enjoyed lovely walks, and the nearby Cary Towne Center, which offered plenty of shopping and dining options. after a day full of exploration, coming back to a comfy king room with a contemporary bathroom was just what I needed.

Had an amazing time! The pool was refreshing, breakfast was delicious, especially the made-to-order omelets, and the decor was stunningly modern, quite a pleasing surprise!
